Comprehensive Clinical & Palliative Care
Our team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Support Workers delivers 24/7 clinical care that meets the highest standards of safety and compassion.

Our focus is on maximising independence and enhancing quality of life in the veteran’s preferred environment, whether at home, in supported accommodation, or during transitional care.


Health & Well-being Assessments
We conduct regular health reviews to proactively monitor and maintain veterans’ well-being.
Services include:
- Mental health and cognitive health screening
- Chronic condition tracking and risk prevention
- Personalised physiotherapy and mobility programs
- Nutritional and dietary assessments with tailored plans
- Coordination with GPs, psychologists, and allied health providers
Veteran Care Enhanced by Lean Six Sigma
IAC is the first disability provider in Australia to implement Lean Six Sigma in veteran care, a globally recognised framework that improves service quality, efficiency, and clinical outcomes.
